The Organizing Committee of ISMC 2022 is pleased to start the process of
registration!
Before you begin to register, please read all instructions carefully.
The registration process will not take
long, but remember that you can not submit it before completing all
steps. You will be able to log in again and edit your data after
finishing the process.
In accordance with the decision of
the SoftComp Network Coordination Committe, the deadline for early registration is June 30, 2022.
The abstract submission deadline for oral presentations is also June 30, 2022.
The late abstract submission deadline for posters is August 31, 2022.

At the request of the Conference
Participant an invoice shall be issued (in accordance with applicable law) by
way of acknowledgement of receipt of the fee for participation in the Conference.
The data necessary to issue an invoice are provided by participants during the registration process.
You can choose to receive more than one invoice and more than one buyer as well as separate invoice for particular payment.
The total fee for
participation in the Conference, which is the precondition for the acceptance
of the application for participation in the Conference, must be paid
immediately upon registration (by means of on-line payments), or no later than within 14 days of receipt of the pro forma invoice by bank transfer. The bank
account of the Technical Conference Organiser is indicated in the on-line
registration process and in the pro-forma invoice.
You can pay via:
- Bank transfer (just after registration, you will receive a proforma invoice to given e-mail address)
- Online payment (after registration you will be able to pay by credit card or by online bank transfer)
Please note: All bank charges should be covered by participant.
Onsite registration and payment will be also possible (only via credit card): September 19-23, 2022
The Participant may cancel his/her participation in the Conference. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Technical Conference Organiser
(ul. Głogowska 14, 60-734 Poznan) or by e-mail (to e-mail address: office_ismc2022@grupamtp.pl).
In the event of resignation, paid Conference fees shall be refunded (net of handling charges):
- in case of cancellation until 30.06.2022: 100% refund of the Conference fee
- in case of cancellation from 01.07.2022 to 14.08.2022: 50% refund of the Conference fee.
- in the case of resignation after 14.08.2022, the Conference fee is not refundable.
If the Conference does not take place for reasons attributable solely to the Substantive and/or Technical Organiser, the fees paid by the Participants shall be immediately reimbursed.
